We ate this amazing bread with dinner two nights in a row. It's so so yummy, and SO easy.
Beer Bread: (from food.com)
3 cups self rising flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 12 oz. bottle of beer
Sift the flour and sugar into a bowl.
Stir in the beer. The batter will be thick.
Pour into a lightly greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted into the center comes out clean.
